How To Clean Sink Faucet Head

Gather your materials. You will need a few basic supplies to clean your sink faucet head, including a soft cloth, a toothbrush, a white vinegar solution (equal parts vinegar and water), and a baking soda paste (equal parts baking soda and water).
Turn off the water supply to the faucet. This will prevent any water from spraying out of the faucet while you are cleaning it.
Remove the aerator. The aerator is the small screen that is located at the end of the faucet spout. It helps to aerate the water and reduce splashing. To remove the aerator, simply unscrew it by hand.
Clean the aerator. The aerator can quickly become clogged with mineral deposits and other debris. To clean it, soak it in the white vinegar solution for a few minutes. Then, use a toothbrush to gently scrub away any remaining deposits.
Clean the faucet head. Once the aerator is clean, you can clean the faucet head itself. Use a soft cloth dampened with the white vinegar solution to wipe down the faucet head. Be sure to get into all the nooks and crannies.

Reinstall the aerator. Once the faucet head is clean, you can reinstall the aerator. Simply screw it back onto the faucet spout.
