Pull the faucet handle straight up to remove it. 6. Use a wrench to loosen the cartridge retaining nut. 7. Pull the cartridge straight up to remove it. 8. Inspect the cartridge for any damage. If the cartridge is damaged, it will need to be replaced. 9. Insert the new cartridge into the faucet body. 10. Tighten the cartridge retaining nut. 11. Reinstall the faucet handle. 12. Tighten the packing nut. 13. Reinstall the aerator. 14. Turn on the water supply to the faucet. 15. Check for leaks.
